With over 15 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (including startups), Robyn has been able to close gaps that were preventing businesses from scaling successfully. Robyn understands the power of a strong HR program, and can help build and execute on a strategy to fit the unique needs of each organization.
Inside HR Consulting has worked directly with over 40 companies across Canada, and has indirectly supported almost 200 clients. Being industry agnostic, our focus is understanding your organization, business goals and people. We build you a plan that is unique to you and aligns with your business goals.
